COA BOARD NOTES: 1. Please do not put brush in the center area. Personal clean-up for brush around individual homes should now be taken to the town stump dump, which is open on the second Saturday of every month from 8-noon from May-October.
2. Other than taking care of your own plantings, all work on the grounds must be pre-approved by the board.
With winter weather coming soon, this is just a reminder that during a snow storm our plowing contractor will come in to open the road and come back later to clean up parking areas. When we are expecting a plowable amount of snow, please park in your garages, if possible, so that the parking areas can get plowed out when our plowing contractor comes back to clean up your parking area. If you have more than one vehicle or cannot park in your garage, please make sure that you move your vehicle when the plow is here. He will make every effort to clean out in front of the garages first to give you a place to park your vehicle. Ice melt barrels will be available for you to use on your walkways, but please do not use this product in the parking areas.
